Our Story

A small house with deep roots.

Ceylonia began with a single sack of cinnamon traded along Galle’s old harbor. Today, we work directly with twenty-three family farms across Sri Lanka, sun-curing harvest in small batches and packing each lot by hand. We believe spice is a record of place — rain, soil, salt air, patience — and our work is to carry that record faithfully to your kitchen.
